History of the Celtics
The Celtics are the best team in NBA History winning 17 championships. Bill Russell one of the greatest of all time and the only player in history to win 11 championships was a Celtic. Other Celtics champions from the past include:

Present Celtics Team
The present Celtics Team is out of the playoffs and had a rough 2013-2014 season. At the moment Danny Ainge, General Manager, is looking for trading deals especially for the players who's contracts are up at the beginning of next season.
